Dopamine diet is consuming the food which boost the level of dopamine in body/brain which promoting the feelings of happiness and alertness. It is based on low-carb and high protein eating plan which focuses on tyrosine-rich foods.


  • Tyrosine-Rich foods:

Tyrosine is the protein base food which contain high amount of Tyrosine amino acid which is a forerunner (precursor) to Tyrosine amino acid which is a forerunner (precursor dopamine.


  • Sources:

The "Tyrosine" rich foods are eggs, dairy products, lean meats, fish and certain nuts and seeds.


  • Low-Carb Approach:

A lot of the dopamine diet versions also recommended limiting or eliminating carbohydrates.                     Avoiding Processed Foods:- Dopamine Diet often suggests avoiding alcohol, as it disrupts the endocrine system, along with highly processed sugars. 


  • Potential Benefits:

Some researchers focusing on the dopamine diet suggest it may help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and aid in weight loss by promoting feelings of satiety (not loneliness, likely a typo). 


 : Dopamine Boosting:

  Fasting (boosting involves reducing or abstaining from activities that trigger dopamine)level release, like technology and certain types of food. It is advised to reduce addictive behaviors and increase mindfulness.
